Please work directly with your PI to determine whether they have funding to sponsor your attendance.

MEETING FORMAT

PIs will give a 10-15 minute presentation highlighting their research and most important findings. Invited speakers (researcher, post-doc or grad student) from a PI's group will follow with a 5-7 minute presentation on their findings.

HOTEL TO SARAH P. DUKE GARDENS

CEINT will provide a chartered bus from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Sarah P. Duke Gardens on campus. We would like for everyone to arrive at the same time so we can keep the meeting on schedule. If you miss the bus, you will need to wait and arrange for your own ride on the hotel shuttle. Pick up time: 7:30am on Friday, 9/13.

PARKING:

For those who are traveling by car, please park at the Sarah P. Duke Gardens. Please see Eileen Kramer at the meeting for a parking pass; limited spaces available. If you are part of the Duke community, please park in your regular assigned parking space.
